These White Vented Lids fit the 12 oz Food Container but unfortunately are NOT biodegradable or compostable. Case quantity of 1000.

We agonised over whether to include these lids on our site as they are not biodegradable or compostable. We felt that to exclude them would reduce the functionality of the Food Containers. Using non wood fibres as lid materials currently will not result in a safe solution as the heat vapour from hot food shrinks the lid and makes it unsafe. Rest assured we will keep our eyes open for a more eco friendly option...
