Terms and Conditions
1. Contract & Payment Terms
No contract shall exist between you and Green Buying Ltd until an email has been sent confirming the order. Green Buying Ltd reserves the right to terminate any contract should there be any false personal or payment details made.
Despatch will only occur once corporate credit/debit card/paypal payment has been received (unless you have signed up as an account customer, which you can do once you've made at least one transaction by credit card/paypal, in which case despatch will happen on receipt of order and payment is strictly 21 days from receipt of order).
Interest over base rate may be charged on overdue accounts. All goods remain the property of Green Buying Ltd until paid in full. Until you receive official confirmation of your trade account, we must ask that all purchases be paid for by credit card or paypal. Any credit account granted will be subject to the above conditions at all times.
2. Availability & Price
Green Buying Ltd reserves the right to change prices and availability without notice. The prices and availability of products are valid at the time of website visit. Post and Packing and VAT charges are added to the sales price and are clearly stated on the order form prior to payment transaction.
If the goods become unavailable (i.e. out of stock) post order, Green Buying Ltd will inform you of the estimated time of delivery, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your order.
3. Geographical Coverage
We accept all orders for delivery to the UK mainland only. If your company is based in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland please contact us prior to placing an order to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.
4. Minimum Shipment Quantity
There is no minimum shipment value with the exception of:
- Food/Drink/Cleaning Supplies: £100.00
- "Remarkable" Recycled Stationery: £85.00
5. Delivery
If the products(s) you require have not been dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed you will be notified via email. The vast majority of products will be shipped within 1-3 days with the possible exception of "Remarkable" recycled stationery (where the current lead time is 7-14 days), water treatment products (up to 20 days) and eco paints (5-7 days).
Any order placed will be passed to the Supplier(s) immediately.
6. Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase through the wrong products being sent or damaged, you must inform us by email (info@greenbuying.co.uk) within 24 hours of delivery. The goods must then be sent back within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging together with the original delivery note to the address found on the delivery note. Note that it is vital that you send the goods to the corresponding address found on the original paperwork, as there could be several separate return addresses depending on the range of goods involved. Please do NOT return the products to the Green Buying offices.
If they are returned within 30 days then we will refund the full value of the goods returned. Please include a note detailing the reason for return. We will refund the cost of the post/packaging on both the outward and return journeys.
Note that we will inform you by email to let you know when we have processed your return.
7. Post and Packaging Charges
UK p/p is £6.95 per order up to £200, after which delivery is free.
8. Distribution arrangements
The goods purchased will be delivered to you directly by the suppliers. This means that you may well receive more than one delivery depending on the range of products purchased. Note that you will be charged a single shipping fee per total transaction by Green Buying Ltd for the post&packing costs, regardless of the number of individual shipments within the single transaction.
9. Cancelling an order prior to receipt of goods
If you wish to cancel an order please email us. If the parcel has already been dispatched you can arrange to have it returned. Remember that unless a delivery error has been made or the good(s) are defective, you will have to pay for the post and packaging in both directions. The returns must go back to the correct address (found on the original delivery note) together with the delivery note.
