Mill Effluent: Water is reused many times within the mill and the Recycled Fibre Plant and is measurably cleaner when returned to the creek, than when first drawn in from boreholes.

Waste Disposal: Solid waste is used as soil conditioner and almost all waste is recycled or reused (e.g. metal content such as staples are collected and sent for recycling).

Emissions: Discharges to air contain no sulphur dioxides, no particulates and trace amounts only of Nitrogen Oxides.

Fibre Sources: 100% Post Consumer waste. Collected mainly in London and the South East UK from office and print works, thereby using the shortest supply routes possible and 'closing the loop' from waste office paper to the manufacture of new office paper.
